Terms of use

The rules for using TuttiKit, explained clearly.

1. Who we are and what these terms cover

TuttiKit (tuttikit.com) is a service of MIBNESS GROUP SL, tax ID (NIF) B54737895, registered address Avenida de Cuba 5, Urbanización San Sebastián, Torre II, 03503 Benidorm (Alicante), Spain. Contact: hola@tuttikit.com.

These terms govern the use of the website and its tools, with or without an account. Buying a Premium subscription is also governed by the terms of sale, and the processing of your data by the privacy policy. By using TuttiKit you accept these terms; if you do not agree, please do not use it.

2. The service

TuttiKit offers online tools for musicians: transposing scores and transposing for instruments, extracting parts, converting PDF or photographed scores to MusicXML, transposing and converting chords and tabs, reharmonizing, changing pitch and tempo, detecting tempo, key and chords, metronomes, a tuner, a practice timer and setlists.

3. Free use, accounts and Premium

4. Your content and your rights

5. Acceptable use

You may not:

If you break these rules we may limit or suspend your access and, in serious cases, close your account, notifying you unless the law or urgency prevents it. If you had Premium, the terms of sale apply.

6. Automatic results: check them

Several tools produce automatic results: score recognition (which can get notes, accidentals, rhythms or text wrong, especially with scans and photos), chord, tempo and key detection, the tuner and AI suggestions. They are an aid, not a guarantee: always check the result before using it at a rehearsal, concert, publication or exam. AI suggestions may contain mistakes.

7. TuttiKit's intellectual property

The website, design, the TuttiKit brand, texts, code and icons belong to MIBNESS GROUP SL or its licensors. You may use them only to use the service. Score recognition is powered by Audiveris, free software under the AGPL licence; its licence and source code are available at that link. The files you generate with the tools are yours, subject to section 4.

8. Availability

We do our best to keep TuttiKit running, but we cannot guarantee it will be error-free or available without interruption: there may be downtime for maintenance, changes or reasons beyond our control (providers, network, force majeure). In "PDF to MusicXML" the waiting time depends on the queue and the size of the score.

Keep a copy of anything important. Although we look after what you save in "My stuff", we recommend downloading the files you need to keep.

9. Liability

We are liable for damage we cause through wilful misconduct or negligence in providing the service, as provided by law. Otherwise, and to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for: errors in automatic results you did not check; how you use the files you generate; content you upload without the right to do so; or interruptions beyond our control. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under consumer protection law.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes in the service or the law. We will publish the new version here with its date and, if the change is significant and you have an account, email you reasonably in advance. If you do not agree, you can stop using the service and delete your account.

11. Governing law and complaints

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you can bring a claim before the courts of your place of residence and you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence. Before going to court, please write to hola@tuttikit.com and we will try to resolve it.
